Youth Conditioning

Youth Conditioning at The Fitness Studio of OrlandoFitness is important at all ages, but if we start early, it can last a lifetime.  It is up to us to inspire our youth to want to be healthy and active.  Sometimes, it is only a small amount of basic information or the right positive motivation that will make our kids want to make healthy choices.  Let us help!

Our Program will Help our Youth (ages 6-17):

  • Improve Sports Performance
  • Prevent Injuries
  • Have fun!

All half hour sessions will include fun conditioning, cardiovascular training, fitness tips, nutritional guidance and positive motivation and encouragement from experienced, educated and passionate trainers!  Contact us today to get started!

Individual Half Hour Sessions
8 Sessions $320 ($40/session)
16 Sessions $560 ($35/session)
Buddy Sessions (share your time with a friend)
8 Sessions $240 (Each pays $30/session)
16 Sessions $400 (Each pays $25/session)
Group Classes (up to 6 kids at a specific time)
8 Sessions $160 ($20/class)

Please let us know if you are interested in a group class.  We are looking to start a group class for our younger children (6-9) and our older kids (10-13) .  

Healthy habits start at the home so here are some tips to help make your family healthier.   Try to improve one tip at a time!

10 Healthy Tips for Parents

  • Get your kids to move!
  • Drink lots of water.
  • Avoid sodas.
  • Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
  • Avoid additives and preservatives.
  • Look for “All Natural” when buying groceries.
  • Avoid High Fructose Corn Syrup.
  • Be a good example with healthy choices.
  • Let your kids enjoy treats in moderation.
  • Don’t Give Up…If they don’t like it today, they might like it tomorrow or the next day!
