Pilates Matwork Exercises For Home or on the Road

Below are some of the exercises you would find in a typical Pilates class.  This is a series you can use at home or take on the road with you.  In order to get the most out of these matwork exercises you need to work with an experienced Pilates Instructor.  There is much more to these exercises, than what you see in the pictures.  Add a Pilates class with a certified instructor to your weekly routine and you will be amazed at the results you will see!

Be sure to warm-up 5-10 minutes before beginning the matwork exercises.  Modifications for certain exercises (*) are listed below.
