Kelley Ranaudo
The owner of The Fitness Studio of Orlando, Kelley has over 15 years of experience in the industry, and holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Florida. She is a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. Kelley is also a fully certified STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor (400+ hours of Pilates training). Kelley is also certified as a Level 1 Golf Fitness Instructor with the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and has trained with Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Phillips, co-founders of TPI. Additionally, she is Certified as a Pilates for Golf instructor with Mike Wrights Golf Pilates.
Beth Begelman

Beth has 10 years of experience teaching group fitness classes such as cardio, circuit training, Yoga and mat Pilates. Her personal training, group exercise, Yoga and Mat Pilates certifications and trainings include AFAA, AAAI-ISMA and Stott Pilates. She is certified as a Pilates apparatus instructor through The PhysicalMind Institute (450+ hour of Pilates training). She is also trained on the MVe chair through Peak Pilates.
Beth is certified as a Level 3 Golf Fitness Instructor with the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and has trained with Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Phillips, co-founders of TPI. Additionally, she is Certified as a Pilates for Golf instructor with Mike Wrights Golf Pilates.
Christina Foxworth
Christina is a long-time professional dancer, aerial artist, and Pilates Instructor. Certified in the STOTT PILATES method and trained on the MVe chair through Peak Pilates, she also holds a BFA degree in Dance. Christina has established herself as one of the most sought-after instructors in the Central Florida area. From figure skaters to golfers or cirque artists to ballroom dancers Christina assists her clients in achieving their highest potential thru strengthening their spirit along with their body. From injury prevention to a total body experience Christina’s primary goal is to help her clients reach all of their personal fitness goals while obtaining their own personal mind body awareness.
Suzie Lalone
Suzie Lalone has over 20 years in personal training and group exercise instruction. A veteran Walt Disney World dance Choreographer and trainer, Suzie initiated the warm up and strength training program for the Walt Disney World characters. She specializes in celebrity pop music artists in their pre-tour physical conditioning, along with coaching and choreographing children for upcoming castings calls and shows. Suzie holds AFAA certifications in Personal Training and Group exercise, including Circuit, Step, and kickboxing. She is also certified in Pilates Mat from the PhysicalMind Institute, Reebok Spinning, and Silver Sneakers for our seniors. She especially enjoys getting people started on a healthy exercise program.
Diana Maves
Diana has 30 years in the industry and a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Dance Education. Her certifications include AFAA, ACE and ISSA. Diana is a STOTT PILATES instructor trained in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrel (400+ hours of Pilates training) and trained on the MVe chair through Peak Pilates.
Alison Schiltz
Alison was first introduced to Pilates 10 years ago as a student, and has been devoted ever since. Originally seeking relief for pain caused by scoliosis, she has found Pilates to an excellent way to improve overall strength and flexibility. Certified through the Physicalmind Institute in mat and apparatus (450+ hours), she has been teaching in Orlando for almost 7 years. Alison has also been trained through All-American Pilates in Pilates for Golf and through Peak Pilates on the MVe chair, as well as a personal trainer through AFAA.
Lorraine Spack
Lorraine is a registered nurse who brings to The Fitness Studio over 7 years of experience teaching a variety of group fitness classes and personal training. Her certifications include AFAA and Johnny G. Spinning and her Pilates training in both matwork and equipment is through STOTT PILATES. She is also trained on the MVe chair through Peak Pilates. Being a former marathon runner, Lorraine now focuses on variety and balance of exercise in life with the importance of a strong central core as the body’s foundation for strength. She has developed a true passion for helping people achieve a fit and healthy lifestyle. In her spare time she enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with her husband and 2 children.
Kourtney Sullivan
Kourtney began her journey into the natural health and wellness world in 2003. Falling in love first with power yoga, she immediately became certified through a Yoga Alliance approved training studio (Miami’s Yogashala) with over 200 hours of study. She graduated top of her class and began pursuing a career as an instructor. Feeling the desire to expand her knowledge in 2005, she began doing Pilates and absolutely loved the mind-body style of exercise combined with the intense attention to detail. She decided to pursue her certification through BASI (Body Arts and Science) Pilates based out of California with 500 hours of study and practice. Graduating the complete comprehensive training course (including mat and apparatus), again top in her class, she now teaches yoga and Pilates maintaining a passion for both.
Kourtney also received her certification as a basic herbologist in 2007. Her desire in learning how to maintain a healthy and happy body has made her an excellent instructor. Her passion lies not only in sharing what she has learned with others, but also continuing to expand her knowledge in all areas of the natural health and wellness fields.
Jim Wright
Jim graduated from Cleveland State University and has 20 years experience of competitive amateur golf and tennis. Jim has been a personal trainer for 10 years and is certified through the American Council of Exercise. He also is mat trained through STOTT PILATES.
