Andrea Doddato

Andrea DoddatoAndrea Doddato has been involved with professional golf for the past 20 years, 12 of which has been working in golf fitness, training over 45 tour players including Yani Tseng, Na Yeon Choi, Brittany Lincicome and Brian Davis.  She takes her expertise from inside the ropes to the gym promoting strength, function and balance in all aspects of the game. She is also a Level 1 Golf Fitness Instructor with the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI).




Neta HeadshotNeta Wall began her fitness lifestyle as a competitive gymnast and dancer growing up in Central Florida. She has taught all levels of gymnastics, dance, and aerial arts. For the past 20 years Neta has maintained a professional career in entertainment as a dancer, aerialist, and stunt performer, working for Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, The Holy Land Experience, Anti-Gravity, and Metropolis Productions. Neta has also performed internationally in Paris, Germany, and Dubai.

Neta is now focusing her vast years of performing experience into her Pilates career. She is a fully certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor, level 1 and 2 in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Arc Barrels, and Injuries and Special Populations.

Neta also offers sports specific training for ages 14 to adults of all ages. Neta has trained pre-professionals to Olympic athletes in Golf, Tennis, Gymnastics, Dance, Swimming, Horse Back Riding, Marathon Runners, and Sprinters. She enjoys using her dance, gymnastics, and aerial background to help her clients focus on perfecting their technique, which creates a more effective workout with more profound results in a shorter amount of time. Her style works equally well across her wide range of clients, including everything from pre-professional to professional athletes and professional entertainers to busy executives and busy stay-at-home moms!


Diana Maves

dianaDiana has 30 years in the industry and a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Dance Education. Her certifications include AFAA, ACE and ISSA. Diana is a STOTT PILATES instructor trained in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrel (400+ hours of Pilates training) and trained on the MVe chair through Peak Pilates.



joanna-richardson-lg-682x1024Joanna is an Atlanta native and comes to pilates with a strong and diverse dance background. She has been a Radio City Rockette for eight seasons in the “Radio City Christmas Spectacular” in NY and with touring companies. Her travels have also taken her overseas to perform in “Tap Happy Two” at Tokyo Disney Sea and the Tanzsommer Dance Festival in Austria and Germany. Locally she performed in “Beauty and the Beast Live” at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Joanna has graced the stages with Atlanta Lyric Theater and Tulane Summer Lyric Theater as a performer/assistant choreographer in numerous musicals. She has also performed in the Opening/Closing 1996 Olympic Game Ceremonies and the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade 2010. Joanna has been invited to teach at numerous summer dance intensives as well as working with national dance companies. Her choreography has also been seen in major dance competitions across the Southeast Region, as well as concert choreography in the Metropolitan Atlanta area.

Joanna first became interested in pilates as a way to improve her dancing. Practicing on and off for many years, she noticed she felt stronger and more centered when she was actively training in the pilates. Having experienced several knee and hip injuries throughout her professional career, Joanna has found pilates to be a wonderful form of rehab and preventative form of exercise. The mind-body connection through movement using a safe and effective approach to pilates is what drew Joanna to the STOTT method . She enjoys being able to share the wonderful benefits of pilates and her joy of movement with her clients.


Heather Lamboy

HeatherLamboyHeather Lamboy is a professional dancer and entertainer. She has an extensive background in many forms of dance including ballet, tap, jazz, musical theater, and also gymnastics. She has danced for Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, and MeDance contemporary ballet company. Heather was introduced to pilates by the athletic trainer at Cincinnati Ballet where she received much of her ballet training. She believes pilates is a great form of exercise for everyone, especially dancers and athletes, and is great for injury prevention and rehabilitation. Heather is Stott Pilates trained in mat, reformer, cadillac, chair, and barrels.


Tina Stoufer

Tina StouferTina Stoufer has been practicing yoga since 2002, has been a yoga instructor since 2004 and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.  She is also a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). She holds a red belt in Tae Kwon Do and is an avid fan of professional tennis and an active player, she has been a contributing writer for a tennis magazine. After trying yoga for the first time at American Power Yoga in Dallas, she became hooked on the practice and decided to enroll in their instructor training program.  Tina believes that yoga can become an essential part of your life that will yield numerous mental, physical and emotional benefits.


Mary Kay Berg

IMG_6440-edit-300x450Mary Kay Berg, E- RYT, is a dynamic and creative Yoga teacher who is registered, certified, and multi-style trained. She began practicing Yoga 12 years ago to relieve stress from a life in corporate America. She became a Yoga teacher because she passionately believes that this practice is the best method of purification for body, mind, and spirit. Her classes incorporate flowing poses, fun music, and an opportunity to work introspectively to relieve stress, move energy, and improve the quality of your life.

Mary Kay has studied with some of the best and world-renown teachers at various conferences and workshops through out the U.S. She continues to further her education to enhance her skills as a teacher and a practitioner.


Jim Wright

jimJim graduated from Cleveland State University and has 20 years experience of competitive amateur golf and tennis. Jim has been a personal trainer for 10 years and is certified through the American Council of Exercise. He also is mat trained through STOTT PILATES.


Erika Moulton

erika-e-007-WEBOriginally from New York, Erika began her love of movement when she was enrolled in dance classes as a young girl. Not long after, she began a rigorous pre-professional dance program commuting both in and out of New York City. Her career as a professional dancer has allowed her to dance on some of the world’s most famous stages and with the world’s most famous companies. Her favorites have include dancing with Disney Cruise Line aboard the Disney Wonder and Disney Dream and dancing half-time for the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden. A growing passion for mindful movement and helping others led Erika to Pilates. Erika completed her comprehensive certification with STOTT PILATES® at their headquarters in Toronto, Ontario. She is certified on all equipment for all levels. Erika was honored when, upon arrival back, she was offered a position with New York City’s premiere Pilates studio; Erika Bloom Pilates Plus. Erika continued to expand her training under Erika Bloom, as well as the mentors and teachers that were brought in annually for workshops and continuing education courses.  In 2016, Erika was asked to join the teaching faculty at Erika Bloom Pilates Plus.

Erika has qualifications and experience with Manual Touch Therapy, Pre and Post Natal Pilates, Diastisis Repair, Conditioning for Dancers and Athletes, and Spinal Disc Rehabilitation. In addition to Erika Bloom Pilates Plus, Erika has completed continuing education courses at Kinected Pilates Center, Pilates on Fifth, and Tara Gregorio Pilates & Wellness.

Erika uses her background as a dancer, plus her 15+ years of teaching dance and movement, to carefully and creatively craft unique and diverse sessions and classes. Erika is excited to join the team at The Fitness Studio of Orlando and looks forward to sharing her love of mindful movement with you.
