Welcome Our New Trainers
We are excited to welcome two new trainers to our Studio. Cristy O’Connor, and Meghan Reilly are both joining our team of instructors.
Cristy O’Connor
Growing up in the mountains of Colorado Cristy always enjoyed being physically active. She continued to pursue health and wellness by obtaining a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science, with concentrations in Dietetics and Exercise Physiology from Colorado State University. She was first introduced to Pilates over 10 years ago and is nowa Certified Instructor for Mat and Equipment through Pilates Institute of America (PIA). She is also a Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist (BCES) through The Pink Ribbon Program and a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Cristy’s passion is to motivate and guide others to achieve balance in life, by challenging the body and mind through movement. Her focus is on whole body conditioning with emphasis on core muscles and functional movement.
Meghan Reilly
Meghan is a Pilates instructor and personal trainer that recently moved to Florida from Manhattan. She has a dance and fitness background and received her Business degree in the spring from Marymount Manhattan College. She has been teaching group fitness and Pilates Reformer classes at Smart Workout in NYC for the last two years, where she did her Pilates training. Meghan also enjoys participating in marathons and triathlons.
Please welcome Cristy and Meghan to the Studio. They are looking forward to meeting all of our wonderful clients. We hope you will all get to meet them soon. They are all talented instructors and will all be great additions to our Studio.
Referral Contest
Referral Contest ends November 30! It is time to refer your friends to The Fitness Studio. If you refer the most friends before November 30, you WIN a $200 gift certificate to The Fitness Studio, a gift certificate to Acqua Day Spa, and an Oil Change!! Here are the rules:
- You MUST pick up and use a Referral Card from the Front Desk.
- The client with the most referral cards turned in (minimum 3) during the months of October & November wins a $200 gift certificate to the Studio!
- Referral cards must be filled out and new clients must have purchased a package.
- The contest ends November 30, 2009.
